02 - Process and Construction Precautions

In addition, please be sure to wear protective equipment to ensure safety during the construction process. During the construction, it is necessary to keep the working surface clean and dry. It is recommended to carry out the work at temperatures above 0℃ (if construction is carried out in a low-temperature environment, please try to increase the material temperature). During the melting process of the hot-melt marking paint, the temperature should be controlled within the range of 180℃ to 220℃, and ensure thorough mixing and uniformity. After melting, it is necessary to keep it warm for 3 to 5 minutes before discharging to ensure that the performance of the hot-melt marking paint is perfectly displayed. At the same time, the treatment of the primer is crucial. It must be allowed to completely dry before conducting the marking coating.
